Each member of your team or each division can access, update and retrieve reports on the part of the business that matters to them. Whether it's the sales team creating new leads or the workshop checking the 6 monthly MOT dates on your fleet, CTL gives them the information they need when they need it.
Each member of staff gets their own username and password to identify them on the system. You can give them the right level of access to the system depending on what they need to do. Once they are authenticated they can create, view and edit hire agreements, update the maintenance record on the fleet or set the spending limits on a new client, and much more.
