Fleet maintenance
Workshop staff will have the ability to check the history and records relating to the entire fleet with a few clicks of the mouse. Detailed descriptions and service histories can be recorded on the system to ensure that statutory, taxing and company standards are met at all times. The system will allow you to book service time with vehicles ahead of time to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum.
However, if something goes wrong on site, in addition to being able to view full details of the vehicle, site address and contact details will be available as will driver details and their contact details.
Full damage bill histories are kept on each vehicle allowing the workshop to see what work has been carried out in the past and also showing if one operator is related to excess damage costs.
